The CONTRABASS Flutes key low B & low A tuned in a pentatonic minor scale. These require large hands. Bottom hole has stretch that will exceed 2 inches, please ensure you have a LARGE hand size that can accommodate over 2 inch reach, before ordering. Please keep in mind if you have very slender fingers as flutes grow in size and lower in tone the flute gets longer and so does the holes size and spacing between them.
Mouthpieces on these can be changed to the side blown mouthpiece for an extra charge. 
These large contrabass native flutes are a big project and only made every 2-3 years by Guillermo Martinez. This will be the only batch of these contra bass keys being made in 2025!
If shipping cost exceeds the price paid by $5 or more we will let clients know and need to invoice the difference. Unfortunately due to the length of the conta bass flutes these packages can incur oversized surcharges.
No longer accepting custom orders these are extra and available to ship. Be sure you select the proper hand based on how you play. Right hand down means right hand plays bottom holes. Left hand down means you play with the left hand playing bottom holes. The bottom holes curve in different directions based on the hand used, please be sure to order the correct configuration!
All key A are side blown for more comfortable playing.
